Your Order
Order mistake
If you notice a mistake in your order, or a spelling error in your email address, please contact us as soon as possible at woolandwell@gmail.com.
We prepare and ship orders promptly. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will do our best to update or correct the details.
Once an order has been shipped, changes are unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, you are welcome to return the item in accordance with our return policy.
Shipping
Delivery Times
We ship all orders from Denmark with trusted carriers GLS and DHL.
- Denmark
Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.
Parcel shop delivery is the default option with home delivery available at checkout.
- Germany
Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days.
You can choose between GLS parcel shop delivery or DHL home delivery at checkout.
- The Netherlands
Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days.
Orders are delivered via parcel shop or home delivery depending on the option selected at checkout.
- Sweden
Delivery time is 2–4 business days via parcel shop.
- Norway
Delivery time is 2–5 business days.
Please note that Norway is outside the EU and import rules apply.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods.
Import Costs
For EU countries including Germany, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
The price you see at checkout is the final price with no additional charges upon delivery.
For non-EU countries such as Norway, import taxes and handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are set by local authorities and are not controlled by WOOL&WELL.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected European countries.
Our primary international markets are Germany, The netherlands, Sweden and Norway.
Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Every parcel is packed with care in small boxes or padded envelopes to make sure your garments arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Returns
Return Rights
We offer a 30-day return right from the day you receive your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How To Return An Item
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
Sign in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

We stand behind the quality of our products.
Each garment is carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a short description and photos where possible.
We will review your request promptly and guide you through the next steps.
Production
Product Safety
All WOOL&WELL products are designed for babies and toddlers and comply with applicable EU product safety regulations.
This includes requirements related to chemical safety material composition and garment construction to ensure suitability for sensitive skin.
